As of today, our basic belief is similar to Carmignac’s view.
We are close to a bubble territory and markets only go up because of (hope for) more QE, thus not for fundamental reasons. We just have to look at the effects post Draghi’s speach last week.
However, we could not fight against the trend – the momentum – and need to manage the tail risks in presence to make some performance and generate returns.
We should reinforce our position and enter more into the game, but for a short while…
That means doing it by investing in ETFs with stop/loss limits.
